Porch Pirate Twerks For Home’s Camera — And Returns Angry When Video Is Posted Online

A porch pirate was caught twerking on a home camera after stealing packages from a home in New Jersey, officials said. “You can’t make this stuff up,” the Gloucester Township Police Department said in its December 18 Facebook post about the bizarre encounter.

On December 9, two suspects were seen stealing packages from a home’s porch before one of them twerks, officials said. And it was all caught on camera.

The resident posted the Ring footage online in hopes that the suspects could be identified, officials said. The packages that were stolen had a value of $74 made up of glasses and baby items, officials said.

Later, the masked suspect came back and held his phone to the camera while he said “Come on dude, not cool bro, come on not cool,” the video showed.

Then, the suspect came back one more time, to leave a package before saying “Uh I meant to give this back,” the release said.

Police ask anyone with information on the suspects to call 856-228-4500, according to the release.

Gloucester Township is about a 40-mile drive southwest of Trenton.
