This is a park model RV tiny house in Coral Sands Point Recreational Village.
The village is located on the Abbot’s Creek section of High Rock Lake, which is near Lexington, NC. It is also home of the world-famous NC Barbecue Festival.
The homeowner upgraded the space after he bought it in March of 2015, and he did a beautiful job.
He bought the space as a second home because he wanted to be part of a community of people who share a love for lake life, water sports, and fishing.
The use of park model tiny houses allows residents to actually own their deeded site.
The community also shares common expenses, which makes lakefront living more affordable.
Each tiny house also has a personal bathroom.
The home is overflowing with lots of adorable personal touches.
They all seem to revolve around a very similar theme.
That living in this home and in this community is a dream come true.
Plus, having access to a lake isn’t too shabby, either.
Each site in the village is on the waterfront and has its own private dock.
Owners enjoy the use of a concrete boat launch, swimming area, bathhouse, and a picnic area.

In fact, of the original 37 sites, 16 are still available.
Personally, I’d love to live here and eat barbecue on this swing every day.
