The hustle and bustle of adult life is tiring. You wake up, go to a stressful job, come home to a rowdy family, and then go to bed exhausted. Rinse and repeat. Sometimes you just want to break free of the cycle.
This is why so many people are attracted to the tiny house lifestyle. It is the antidote to the anxiety brought on by fast-paced monotony.
For instance, many tiny houses are on wheels, allowing you to travel and meet and see new people and places. By living in a small space, you have to purge yourself of unnecessary items, making you less materialistic. Not to mention, by being part of the tiny house community, you’re joining a group of like-minded people who long for the same sense of freedom. Now if only the community was an actual physical community that you could actually live in.
What if I told you there is a place like that?
Coral Sands Point Recreational Village is a former lakeside campground that has been converted into tiny home community. Sounds like a dream, right? Wait until you see the inside of one of their most exemplary homes. It has the ability to make such a dream seem like a reality…

This is a park model RV tiny house in Coral Sands Point Recreational Village.

The village is located on the Abbot’s Creek section of High Rock Lake, which is near Lexington, NC. It is also home of the world-famous NC Barbecue Festival.

The homeowner upgraded the space after he bought it in March of 2015, and he did a beautiful job.

He bought the space as a second home because he wanted to be part of a community of people who share a love for lake life, water sports, and fishing.

The use of park model tiny houses allows residents to actually own their deeded site.

The community also shares common expenses, which makes lakefront living more affordable.

Each tiny house also has a personal bathroom.

The home is overflowing with lots of adorable personal touches.

They all seem to revolve around a very similar theme.

That living in this home and in this community is a dream come true.

Plus, having access to a lake isn’t too shabby, either.

Each site in the village is on the waterfront and has its own private dock.

Owners enjoy the use of a concrete boat launch, swimming area, bathhouse, and a picnic area.

The community still has lots available and can have a new park model RV tiny house delivered in 4–6 weeks.

In fact, of the original 37 sites, 16 are still available.

Personally, I’d love to live here and eat barbecue on this swing every day.
