Graham Hill, CEO of the eco-friendly TreeHugger.com, has come up with some rather ingenious solutions to his "space" problem.
You see, Hill lives in New York City, one of the most expensive cities in the world, where every single square foot of property is worth outrageous amounts of money, and every inch needs to be used economically. His 420-square-foot apartment is filled with dozens of secret cabinets, hideaway beds, and multiple spaces that have dual uses!
Some of his solutions are downright brilliant! Imagine having that little amount of space and still having room for two guest beds! Hill stressed the importance of focusing on a lot of functionality while dealing with very little space. He even suggests how having less might actually make you more happy as a person.
With less things to worry about, you'll have more time to focus on the things that actually make you happy!
