Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. There's just something comforting about the smell of eggs and bacon (even when those things are cooked in a brown paper sack) that makes me feel like everything is going to be okay.
Even if you have little kids, and the whole process takes a little longer than you'd like, you have to admit that the taste of a perfectly done pancake is kind of like heaven.
But during the week, many of us don't have time to make a leisurely breakfast. Since it's such an important meal, I'm always looking for quick breakfast ideas that are healthy enough to make me feel good all day. Doughnuts just don't do it for me. That's why I'm glad I stumbled across this video: Three different breakfast ideas, all made with six ingredients or less, in the span of five minutes!
