The thought of sporting lumpy, bumpy nails didn't seem so chic to me. Then I saw exactly what Cutepolish was actually doing and realized these 3D LEGO nails are absolutely perfect.
When I was a kid, I spent hours upon hours making battle ships, mansions, and palaces with LEGOs. They were the only toy my brother and I had in common, and thus playing with them was the only time we spent together as kids.
I will always look fondly at LEGOs, so any chance to incorporate them into my wardrobe sounds amazing. But if you're not a LEGOs fan, you might want to try this super simply polka dot manicure.
All you'll need for this tutorial are a few gemstones, a toothpick, and your favorite nail polish colors. That means you can ditch the expensive manicure and get this creative look for a few bucks at your local art store or pharmacy.
Remember — you can always mix and match. No need to replicate the exact colors in the video. You can paint each nail the same color or go for a more moody color scheme like shades of grey.
