95-Year-Old Man WOWS Everyone With This Epic Stunt. My Jaw Is On The Floor!

The 200 meter dash is no picnic. It took a lifetime commitment and years and years of training for Usain Bolt, the current world record holder, to reach his goal of a 19-second race.

Training to run takes a certain drive that many people just don't have. When you're training to run a multi-mile marathon like this sweet dog did, finding the proper motivators can often be incredibly difficult. Many people just give up on their running goals because it's so hard to keep up on a daily basis.

In other instances it's easy to run when you have a bunch of bulls behind you, looking to stomp on you, or in this man's case, a bunch of fluffy sheep!

So running is just for young, strong, and fit people, right? Dentist Charles Eugster would disagree with that sentiment…

Eugster has stressed the importance of exercise and staying fit, especially after the age of 60! At the tender age of 87 he began weightlifting, and at 95 he still competes against fellow senior citizens.

For just over two football fields in length, Eugster gives it his all in the video below! It's an incredibly inspiring feat to watch, and should serve as a reminder to everyone that it's never too late to set a goal and beat it!

Though he may not be the fastest man in the world… I'd say he did an incredibly good job for someone over three times the age of the current world record holder! Take a leaf from Eugster's book, never give up and keep on running!
