Moses the baby sloth was only two days old when he fell out of a tree and was abandoned by his mother. A curious dog stopped to see what exactly Moses was, and must have sensed that the baby needed help, because he gently picked Moses up and carried him to rescuers nearby.
Like his biblical namesake, Moses traveled hours to get to the Sloth Sanctuary of Costa Rica, and since arriving has been adjusting sweetly. In this adorable video, little Moses can't stop yawning, a true sign that he is comfortable and peaceful right where he is!
I love sloths. There's just something about their adorable faces that I can't get enough of, and they always seem to be smiling! How can you not love an animal that just seems so happy all the time?
