What better way to close out a show than have Adele perform?
The 2016 BRIT Awards had the right idea inviting the superstar perform "When We Were Young" on an eye-catching stage at the end of the night.
Adele dominated the performance from the very first note and continued to do so until the very end (much like the time she memorably covered a Lady Antebellum hit). Just listen to the note she hits at the 3:50 mark!
While Adele admitted to being disappointed by sound issues during her performance at the Grammys a little over a week prior, she surely won't be sweating over this one.
The singer also took home four awards that night: the Global Success Award, British Female Solo Artist, British Single for "Hello," and British Album of the Year for 25. The latter shouldn't come as much of a surprise since her record was the best-selling one of 2015.
"I feel a bit worn out emotionally, but it was absolutely incredible. I was hoping to win one, but to get that many was amazing and very lovely — a nice return," she told press after the show.
