They say no two people look exactly alike. But, sometimes, two complete strangers can hold a resemblance so striking, it's almost frightening.
That was the case for a man named Neil Richardson, who found out he had a doppelgänger living in the same town as him. A 23-year-old woman encountered a similar situation when she discovered her lookalike posing on Instagram.
Ambra and Jennifer are now two other people who can be mistaken for twins although they don't share the same DNA. It's almost unbelievable!
After finding each other on a website that tries to connect what's become known as "twin strangers," the two women decided to meet in person.
Although both of them said they were nervous to meet one another, Ambra and Jennifer warmly hugged the minute they saw each other.
“When I finally met her, it was like ‘oh my goodness, there’s another person, she really does have my face,’” said Ambra, who traveled from North Carolina to Texas just to meet Jennifer.
Jennifer’s mother was also taken aback by their uncanny resemblance, which can be understood even better through astonishing photos shown at the 1:17 mark.
“You look so much like my daughter,” she said. “Your smiles are the same. How is this possible?”
