The talented Ambush Makeover team at TODAY gave two lucky women glamorous new looks that shaved decades off their appearances.
Diane Minard, 46, visiting from Pittsburgh, PA, said her beauty routine is very minimal. In fact, she's never even dyed her hair. The glam squad decided to change that. After a three-hour glam session, she made her big reveal.
Her new look made her look decades younger, and her family couldn’t get over it.
"She looks like Beyoncé," Diane's son Max said after she revealed her new look. Her husband, Jeff, also loved the look.
Even Diane could barely believe her eyes when she finally saw her new look in the mirror.
The second lucky lady was Toby Klameth, 38, from Lubbock, TX. She works as a teacher to middle school kids and says she usually only spends a few minutes each morning getting ready. But today, she was ready to be pampered.
Her new look completely shocked her entire family.
"That's not my mom!" her daughter shouted. "Wow!"
