He Tried Every Diet, But Couldn’t Lose Weight—Until He Did THIS And Blew Everyone Away

That's how this video begins, and by the end my jaw was practically on the floor. Meet Anthony, a young man who struggled with his weight and body image throughout his childhood and the beginning of his teenage years. In 2009, he weighed 200 pounds. By the time he was 17, he weighed his heaviest at 215 pounds.

This isn't the first time we've seen the impact of body image issues. Emma Haslam is a plus-sized pole dancer who refuses to let her size hold her back from performing in front of millions. Sometimes, however, people who struggle with their weight aren't so confident in themselves.

Anthony tried all sorts of diets, but none of them worked. But during the summer before his senior year of high school, he had had enough. He decided to try one last diet, and finally it stuck. He hit the weights harder, he committed himself to a healthy and nutritious diet — and just four months later, Anthony was already down 40 pounds!

In the end, Anthony lost a total of 80 lbs of fat. He writes, "I had motivation and I proved everyone who doubted me wrong. SO CAN YOU… I didn't use any gimik or cheat in any way, I did it all through changing my diet and lifting weights."

Today, he continues to eat right, train and use healthy supplements. His video has been seen more than 10 million times, and he's inspired people all over the world to change their lives for the better.
