We all have our favorite Disney movie. Even if you don't consider yourself a "Disney person," I'm sure that deep down inside, you can find one among the many over the years that you truly love. Whether it's a classic, hand-drawn original like Cinderella, or a new Pixar film that uses cutting-edge animation… we've all got a little bit of Disney in our hearts.
In 1997, Disney's Hercules came out. While it might seem like a recent release to most of us… that was close to 20 years ago! It's pretty safe to call this movie a classic, with its lovable characters, beautifully drawn scenery, and skillfully animated action. The best part of any Disney movie, though? The songs, of course!
"Zero to Hero" is one of the best songs from this animated film, and who better to bring it to life than the one and only Ariana Grande? She's proven over and over again her legitimacy as a musician and performer of multiple genres, but seeing her return to her Disney roots is really wonderful, too! When she walks onto the stage set in front of the Magic Kingdom, she really does the song justice. She also bears a striking resemblance to Meg, the main female character in the film. If Disney ever decides to make a live-action version, I think it's clear who would get the part!
