Everyone says that avocados are one of the healthiest foods you can eat. Loaded with vitamins, lots of healthy fats (the sort we all should be eating more of), and even protein — avocados are definitely what one would call a "superfood."
One fact about avocados that not many people seem to know is that you can blend them into traditionally sweet recipes. They create texture and creaminess and can help turn any "dessert" into something that's almost healthy! I mean, if you add a bunch of chocolate to an avocado, it's still going to be covered in chocolate, but it's a lot better for you than your typical slice of chocolate cake.
When we asked Sarah Lynn, the famous DomesticGeek on YouTube, to create a recipe for us using only avocados and a few ingredients most people already have around the house.
