What's cuter than babies taking their first steps? Of course that includes human babies, but I'm referring to animal young here. Aside from being much quicker than human babies to take that first leap, their attempts often make for some entertaining videos.
For example, we've seen a baby moose successfully straighten out his skinny legs shortly after birth in a sweet video that is too cute for words. And who could leave out the tiny panda cub that walked for the first time at the Washington National Zoo as his mother watched in pride? These moments are just priceless and will make any animal lover scream, "Aw!"
But not all animals get it right. Some little ones aren't able to quite manage the feat as quickly as the two mentioned above. And sometimes that makes these recorded moments even more memorable.
Below is a perfect example of one of them: a baby elephant residing in Chiang Mai, Thailand, who was having a bit of trouble.
The little cutie was being taped as she laid on the ground and attempted to sit upright several times. Each time she ended right back where she started — and it's simply adorable!
