Frank Sinatra said it best. The city that never sleeps is also the city where dreams can come true and anything is possible. As a native New Yorker, I've seen some pretty crazy things on the streets over the years. The Big Apple can make you pretty jaded. Not much surprises me anymore, even when I saw this lunatic running around Manhattan.
Everywhere you go in New York City, you're going to find something that really makes you turn your head. However, normally it won't be as cute or snuggly as the baby in this next video. You may think it's crazy to have a pet lamb in the big city, but just look at how much fun they are to have around.
The baby lamb named Smokey Da Lamb in this next video lives with his mom and dad in a NYC apartment and lives a pretty sweet life. Everywhere Smokey goes, he's the center of attention. The one-month-old is bottle-fed three times a day and must be burped like a newborn after every meal. If you think Smokey would be better off on the farm where he was born, think again. He was abandoned by his mother at birth and would have likely died in the cold winter.
This rescued baby may not be for everyone, but it certainly works for this sweet family!
