Whenever I am hosting an event I always turn to the internet for fun, new, exciting recipes that I want to try, especially for Thanksgiving.
But here are some truly odd, bizarre and sometimes even disgusting Thanksgiving dishes that you may want to avoid. (Turkey and gravy soda? No thanks.)
Every Thanksgiving there is always one dish that doesn't get finished. Perhaps the deep-fried giblets? The bacon flavored ice cream?

Everything in moderation.
Shrimp and Jello Salad
If someone brought this to my Thanksgiving, I would have to ask them to leave.
Turkey on Jell-O
What is it about these Jell-O recipes? I like Jell-O, but not with meat.

I think it's important to get enough vegetables, but I draw the line and putting them in a "loaf."
