Like any young adult, Bailey Sellers was excited to finally turn 21. However, with the celebration also came some sadness.
Bailey's dad passed away when she was 16 years old. But before he died, he prepaid for five years' worth of birthday flower bouquets for his daughter. This meant that her 21st birthday would be the last time she received flowers from her dad.
Bailey shared this emotional and personal moment online on her Twitter page on November 24, 2017. In the post, she shared photos of the flowers, a note, and an older photo of she and her dad.
The beautiful post touched the hearts of people all over the world, and it received more than a million likes. Many strangers sent their condolences to Bailey and others shared their similar stories of losing their dad.

Bailey Sellers recently celebrated her 21st birthday. While it was a happy occasion, Bailey lost her dad five years ago.
But her dad prepaid for birthday flowers for his daughter before passing away so that she'd always have a piece of him.
On November 24, 2017, Bailey uploaded a photo of her final bouquet of flowers from her dad.
The tweet has more than 1.2 million likes and 11,000 comments.
She wrote:
My dad passed away when I was 16 from cancer and before he died he pre payed flowers so i could receive them every year on my birthday. Well this is my 21st birthday flowers and the last. Miss you so much daddy.
Bailey shared the beautiful arrangement of flowers.
Her dad also wrote her a note before he died.
"This is my last love letter to you until we meet again," he wrote. "I will still be with you through every milestone, just look around and there I will be."
"I do not want you to shed another tear for me my baby girl for I am in a better place," Bailey's dad wrote in his letter.
Rich Eisen, an NFL commentator, retweeted Bailey's story and said it made him want to hug his daughter.
After getting so many amazing comments, Bailey tweeted that she was thankful her dad's gesture brought happiness to others.
Other strangers wished Bailey the best and thanked her for sharing something so personal.
Bailey and her dad were as close as can be. "You are and will always be the most precious jewel I was given,"
her dad wrote.
There's no doubt that her dad's letters and flowers will be something Bailey will cherish forever.
