Bindi Irwin stunned the judges with her dance moves during her debut on season 21 of ABC's Dancing With The Stars.
The teen and her dance partner, Derek Hough, enthusiastically performed to Elton John's "Crocodile Rock." The song is applicable since she's, of course, the daughter of Steve Irwin, the beloved Crocodile Hunter who passed away in 2006.
"My mom always said that anytime dad would watch me dance around the zoo that he would cry," Bindi said in a pre-recorded interview. "I think that the real reason I'm doing this is to make him proud and everyone back at home in Australia proud."
And there's no doubt the wildlife conservationist is achieving her goal.
From the minute she stepped on the stage, Bindi was full of energy and a pro at moving her legs, much like the little girl who went viral for her Aretha Franklin impersonation. Bindi and Derek also ended their routine with the perfect move at the 2:15 mark.
And just wait till you see the dress Bindi changes into during the dance – it certainly suits the performance.
This incredible routine earned the dancing duo a 24 out of 30, which tied for the highest score of the night. Once you watch it, I'm sure you'll understand why!
