If you haven't heard of Japan's 'Rabbit Island', you need to look into it, NOW! The island of Okunoshima was once a secret base for the Japanese Imperial Army during World War II. The top-secret island produced more than 6,000 tons of poisonous gas was left off maps for 16 years!
Somewhere along the way, someone brought 8 rabbits over to the tiny island. Over the years, they did what rabbits do best and multiplied into thousands and thousands of bunny babies. The island is completely safe today and you can even visit the spot now known as 'Rabbit Island', but if you do visit, know you might get stampeded by hundreds of feral bunnies like the guy in this video.
He doesn't seem to mind – the bunnies are so friendly and want the snacks he has brought for them. They probably don't get too many visitors! Isn't this amazing?!
This is too cute not to SHARE!
