There is one thing I always notice about the tiles I've had in every bathroom of every place I have ever lived in, and I absolutely cannot stand it. It seems no matter how diligent, how on top of things, how tidy we are, the cracks in between the tiles always turn from white to grey to nearly black. Then we clean them, they look fine, but within a few hours, they're already looking pretty icky.
That's why I immediately fell in love with this little bathroom hack. All you need is a single white candle. After you get your tiles sparkling clean, simply take a candle and rub it in between each tile. You can even get the kids to do it as a fun little project, it's like drawing with chalk! How it works? Candles are water-resistant. It's a property we even tested right here in the LittleThings headquarters when we created water-resistant shoes using the same technique.
You can even test it yourself. Rub candle wax on any fabric. Poor water onto the covered area. Then feel the other side of the fabric — any spot with the wax on it should be completely dry.
