On most days, I think we all know that the things bullies say don't mean anything.
Sometimes, when we're feeling brave, we can confront those bullies the way these moms did when they showed off their stretch marks, or the way singer Pink did when people called her "fat."
However, on a bad day, those mean comments can really hit us hard. If we're already feeling insecure — and, since we're all human, we sometimes do — an insult from a stranger can leave us feeling shattered.
Cassey Ho is a fitness instructor, but the fact that she leads a healthy lifestyle hasn't made her immune to the harsh words of bullies.
She has a popular Youtube channel called Blogilates — while thousands love her and her videos, some can't stop calling her too "fat" or too "skinny."
The masses are never satisfied, no matter how happy she is.
"Our friends, our families and just random commenters can really change how we feel about our bodies, and make us feel insecure," Cassey told People.
"That video was really just me stripping down to my raw self and showing everybody that no matter who you are, these things really hurt."

Cassey Ho is a fitness instructor. You'd think that someone who makes a living promoting a healthy lifestyle would be able to avoid getting bullied for her weight, right? Wrong.

For the petty bullies out there, it doesn't matter that Cassey can do this. They still constantly left negative comments calling her "fat" or saying she had a "flat butt" on her Instagram and Youtube pages.

The bullying became so overwhelming that she decided to do something about it.

Using the negative comments, she digitally altered her image to look exactly how her bullies wanted. The result? They still made fun of her.
