When caught up in the throes of fury, it’s difficult to find humor in our heated arguments. But sometimes these lend themselves to being some of the funniest caught-on-camera exchanges — particularly when they can be subtitled. (Please be warned: this video contains some very strong language.)
Take, for instance, two feisty cats we posted about whose hilarious catfight was remixed with a disco classic and became one of the web’s viral classics. Another great video we posted was of two teenaged cats who embarked on a two-day pillow fight to end all pillow fights.
This one’s not as playful as the above mentioned videos. In fact, the cat who’s being reprimanded really gets an earful, and whoever posted the video had the good sense to give it subtitles that turn it into a daytime TV drama a la All My Children.
“Tell me why you betrayed me,” says one scorned lady cat to her partner. “Why?!” And the best part of this hilarious exchange is that the subtitles are timed to the hisses and bemoaning from each of the cats, so it all feels like these are words they’re actually speaking. “I hunted rats for you!” she screams. “My bridal gown was half paid for!” It’s all very theatrical (but again, be warned: there's some very grown-up language involved!)
