Step 1: Gather your materials. You'll need a tube of lip balm (any kind will work), scissors, a Q-tip, and a paper towel.

Step 2: Twist your lip balm all the way up. Break off or cut the balm, then discard it.

Step 3: Pull out the twisting mechanism.

Step 4: With your scissors, cut down the twisting mechanism. Then, using a Q-tip, push out the piece that held the lip balm.

Step 5: Your tube is now empty! Rinse and wipe down the insides with a paper towel, then replace the twisting mechanism on the bottom.

Step 6: Roll up some money, tuck it in, and place the tube somewhere you won't lose it.
