He Made A PRICELESS Discovery In Mom’s Christmas Decorations

Sure, summer is fun-filled and fall has all the best activities, but if you're anything like me, you think the holiday season is the very best time of the year.

Even if you've seen holiday films a dozen times, there's something about them that will instantly cheer you up and you never seem to get sick of them year after year. One of my all-time favorites growing up was the original Christmas classic, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.

My heart lit up when I discovered this fantastic clip from Antiques Roadshow where a man discovered the original Santa Claus and Rudolph puppets in his mom's attic. I would have thought for sure that they would have been preserved in a museum somewhere and not with his elderly mother's Christmas decorations. They may not be in perfect condition, but as soon as you see their faces, you're instantly brought back to a happier, simpler time.

Like the appraiser says in this video, it's just like seeing an old friend! If this man ended up selling the iconic puppets, hopefully they now live somewhere that many people can enjoy them.
