Living in New York City, I have to constantly remind myself to slow down and enjoy the little things in life.
I sometimes have to force myself to stop staring at my phone and look up. But when I do look up? There is nothing like staring up at the stars on a clear night and picking out my favorite constellations.
So I was very surprised to find that the constellations that we are drawn to most can say an enormous amount about our personalities.
I'm always skeptical of anything that claims to know my personality type, but since the constellations were good enough for the Ancient Greeks and later world explorers, I decided to try this for myself. The results? Spot on.
Each of these constellations, with names based in Greek or Roman mythology or with Latin roots, speaks to one of eight unique personality types. Once you choose the constellation that you are drawn to most, keep reading to see what those stars reveal about you!

1. Ursa Major
You have chosen Ursa Major or the "large bear".
You are someone who knows how to get things done, no matter what it takes. You are driven and you don't give up once you have your eye on the prize.
By choosing the "large bear," which also happens to contain the "Big Dipper," you've revealed that you like to take a more aggressive approach to life. That doesn't mean you'll just barrel someone over, but people probably know to stay out of your way when you're in the zone.
