All I can say after watching this clip is WOW, I can't believe this is what a police officer was doing while on duty!!
Can you imagine looking out your window and seeing a cop doing donuts, riding one handed, and then attempting to do the Superman on his police motorcycle in an empty parking lot? I don't even think I would believe what I was seeing!
What would you do if you saw something like this? LOL!
