I can't tell you how many times I've had the thought "I should go to Costco, it'd be so much cheaper there," only to remember that I don't have a Costco card. Yes, to get all of the amazing savings at Costco, you must pay an annual fee… or so we thought. So there is one thing you will need: a friend with a Costco card. All you have to do is hand over the cash you intend to spend to your friend and they can purchase you a Costco cash card. With a cash card, you can waltz into Costco like any other member. This is great if you don't visit frequently enough to warrant an annual membership, but are planning on picking up a few things here and there.
Another one of the awesome tips comes in the form of a tiny little symbol. The symbol is found on the price signage and resembles an asterisk. What does it mean? It means that Costco won't be carrying the product anymore. So when you see it on one of your favorite products, you should stock up on as much as you can to save.
