This is exactly what one DIY-er had in mind when he created a stunning cupcake stand out of tree rounds.
Creating it especially for his daughter, he certainly did not skimp on any of the stands' beautiful natural elements. He even cut the rounds himself with his chainsaw!
The imperfect, organic elements of the stand are what make it more striking and unique than any potential plastic, manufactured counterparts.
Using his time and talents, and nature's many amazing organic crafting resources, he was able to make a special additive to his daughter's special day.

Eager to make something meaningful for his daughter's wedding, this clever DIY-er was able to use his carpentry skills to make something special — a cupcake stand!
Using his chainsaw, he cut five rounds to be the bases for the cupcakes to stand on.
He then finished the top half of the rounds and sealed them using polyurethane so that they wouldn't split.
In doing so, the rounds were made level and able to support whatever is placed on them.
Next, the branch ends of the stand were sealed and pre-drilled.
Finally, the rounds were drilled into place, forming the amazing multilayered cake stand.
Combining his skill set with nature's crafty commodities, he was about to make a gift for his daughter to keep and use for the rest of her life.
