Hero Veteran From ‘Dancing With The Stars’ Overcomes Any Challenge With These TWO Words!

After the horrific terrorist attacks of 9/11, 20-year-old Noah Galloway made a brave decision that would impact the rest of his life: He decided to enlist.

But when Galloway lost both his left leg and arm from an IED explosion, he thought his life was over. He spiraled into a depression and found himself drinking. He used to be so athletic and now, without his leg and arm, he felt he was worthless.

But then Galloway came to a sudden realization: "Well, I've got two limbs left… I can do something with this." He began to work out again, engaging in mud runs and marathons. In the video below, he came up with a new motto for himself that everyone should live by. The clip shows you what his day-to-day life is like and what he does to stay active.

When Galloway went on The Ellen DeGeneres Show last year, he showed us all that anything is possible no matter what the odds are against you. His story and struggle truly show us all that if you put your mind to it, you'll be able to accomplish all of your goals.

Though it took some time for him to accept his injury, when he finally did he began to rock the world, becoming a celebrity on Dancing with the Stars as well as ending up on the cover of Men's Health magazine. This man is the true definition of the word "hero."

In this amazing video, he shows us all that he continues to challenge himself in new ways every single day. If we follow his motto we'll all become better, and stronger people for it. Please watch what the heroic Noah Galloway does in this amazing news report from Nightline.
