These Amazing Brands Are Dedicated To Giving Back Throughout Women’s History Month

Over the years, Women's History Month has become more and more recognized. While at first we took only a day to celebrate all of the accomplishments of so many incredible women throughout the years, now there's a whole month dedicated to this part of the population.

It's wonderful and amazing, and what's even better is that more and more organizations and businesses are getting behind Women's History Month. That means they're giving back in a whole lot of wonderful ways, and it's the perfect way to honor the hard work of women.

Even some of our favorite brands are joining in. You can help out by supporting these amazing businesses all month long.

Here are some of the amazing brands that are giving back in honor of Women's History Month:

Avre is giving an extra 20% of all sales during the month of March to Equality Now. If you don't know about this brand, you will definitely want to check it out! You'll find amazing sustainably made shoes created with recycled materials.

Another brand we love that's helping out is Casetify, a company with the coolest phone cases you can find. This month, it's relaunching the "Her Impact Matters" collection, and the company is donating $5 to Equality Now with any purchase from the collection.

Nordstrom — the store where you can find pretty much anything — is doing a ton to give back right now, partnering with HERproject and CARE and announcing some pretty amazing pledges. Nordstrom will be producing 90% of its products in factories that invest in women's empowerment. Plus, it's contributing $250,000 in corporate grants to organizations that support women’s empowerment.

Also, check out Shopbop! Not only are the clothes totally cute and worthy of a shopping spree, the company is dedicated to giving back to women's organizations. It's donating 20% of the proceeds from sales of the House of Aama tote bag collection to Women for Women International.

Also, check out UrbanStems and maybe order up some flowers for an amazing woman in your life. Those stems will go a long way because the company has partnered with Bumble to create a collection in honor of Women's History Month! It's also donating $20,000 to the ACLU Women’s Rights Project.

This month, if you're going to shop, make it matter! Shop at one of these businesses that are doing so much for gender equality and making it easy for us to help out, too.
