Every year, while the film community gathers in Sundance for the best independent films of the year, Cat film enthusiasts also gather for Catdance – the best of the best in cat movies!
This year's winner, "Ricky," is an adorable tale of a kitten rescued from the shelter and brought to a new home, where he meets a dog named Romy, who doesn't like other dogs, but loves cats. Filmmaker Simon Savelyev used his 7-year-old neighbor as the narrator of "Ricky", which was chosen by the Feline Arts Council as the best film of the year. Check out the cute short film below and let us know what you think of this year's winner! Please SHARE with all of your cat-loving friends.
