A bride’s wedding dress is one of the most important parts of the ceremony. Not only will she be photographed countless times, but several guests will also scrutinize the gown’s every detail. Plus, many women cherish their wedding photos for years to come — in fact, sometimes, wedding photos even become cherished family heirlooms!
In turn, many women spend months looking for the perfect dress to walk down the aisle in. They also spend a hefty amount of money: the average cost of a wedding dress in the U.S. is almost $1300, according to TheKnot.com.
With all the preparation and money spent, it's a true tragedy when the dress winds up ruined before the big day.
Unfortunately, for the woman in the video below, she certainly experienced this type of nightmare.
While wearing her wedding dress, the bride-to-be was returning home from showing her grandmother her special outfit. The happy moment — which quickly turned frightful — was being videotaped.
As she got closer, a dog was let loose and started chasing her on a grass field. What happens at the :15 mark is truly every bride’s worst fear. (Yet, it’s also pretty hilarious!)
Although the clip ends shortly after, it’s safe to assume that she wasn’t too happy — especially with the people videotaping.
