It's hard to think of many animals cuter than ducklings. Their big eyes, fluffy down, and adorable little squeaks make them positively irresistible!
But a baby duck named Wilbur really upped the cuteness factor when his owners put them in their kitchen sink to swim around. What he did when he found himself in the water has me smiling from ear-to-ear.
Just like any pet, ducklings are a lot of work to keep at home. They need a lot of attention and, of course, a place to swim. But special moments like this one, or when this sleepy duckling fought the urge to fall asleep, definitely make all the sacrifices worthwhile. It's no wonder so many people keep these little fluff balls as pets. But if you're considering getting a duckling, just remember that they eventually grow into adult birds (not that it makes them any less lovable).
Even though this kitten seemed super confused when she was ambushed by a ton of ducklings, I sure wouldn't mind spending my whole day around baby birds that are this cute. Wilbur seems so happy in his indoor pool! It's the perfect size for such a little baby, but it won't be long before he needs to graduate to swimming in a bathtub, and then a big lake!
