As children, when we think of heroes, we tend to imagine big, strong superheroes with amazing powers. We see these heroes as people who keep us safe without us even knowing they're watching, and they always show up at just the right moment to fight off the evil villains. However, as we get older, we start to see our heroes differently.
We realize that some of the most heroic people aren't those walking around in costumes with capes. Instead, we learn that all of us are capable of being heroes when we act with courage and compassion.
For two men, their heroic nature came to light in a very unexpected location: A storm drain. After noticing that a family of ducklings had become trapped in the underground system, the men immediately jumped into action.
Their quick thinking and selfless behavior made a life-changing difference for these sweet little ducklings, and the whole group looked very happy with the outcome of the situation. They may not be flying around the city with an 'S' on their chest, but they definitely know a thing or two about saving the day.
