Dunkin' Donuts is known for its big selection of doughnuts, but who would have thought making them at home could be easy?
In the video below, Australia’s One Pot Chef — the YouTube sensation who showed us how to make baked mini omelets and peanut butter freezer fudge — tells us how to make oven-baked blueberry doughnuts.
His recipe looks very easy to mimic, and there aren’t too may ingredients required to get started. Additionally, these little desserts don’t even take too long to bake.
In a mixing bowl of choice, stir the following ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup superfine white sugar
- ¾ baking powder
- ¾ baking soda
- ½ low cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 250 grams blueberries
If you’re not a fan of blueberries, you can try swapping in a different type of fruit instead.
Once finished, spread the mixture into a doughnut pan — you can buy one online for less than $10. Preheat the oven to 374 degrees and let the little doughnuts cook for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown.
Make sure you watch the video to After the doughnuts are cooked, you can add some optional vanilla sugar to make them even more delicious.
The result looks simply delicious! You can eat them right out of the oven or let them cool.
