An Etch A Sketch has been a favorite childhood toy since it debuted in the 1960s. Although most of us can't draw much on it, we could still spend hours fiddling around drawing a simple house or, if you were really good, spell out your name. But artist Christoph Brown has mastered the toy and can create a masterpiece in just minutes!
In the video, he showcases his incredible skills. He approaches complete strangers and offers to draw their portraits. Of course, everyone sees him pull out the Etch A Sketch and are skeptical to see the final outcome.
As his nimble fingers go to work on the mini Etch A Sketch, he quickly draws intricate details and finishes a complete portrait in only two minutes!
"How cool is that?!" one woman says when she sees her completed drawing.
Sadly, it doesn't last forever – one shake and his beautiful artwork, which sell anywhere from $200–$500, is gone. The woman takes a quick photo of the Etch A Sketch, so she can keep a memory of the art.
Brown starts all over again, creating a new portrait for a woman sitting with friends in the park. Her reaction to the drawing is priceless.
