If you're like me, you love pistachios! They're a healthy (the good kind of fat!) and satisfying snack, and help me make better food choices during the holiday season.
But sometimes, opening them can be an epic battle. Trying to pull them apart can cause them to go flying everywhere, and I've even broken nails before in the fight to get just one little pistachio! Plus, the healthier pistachios are the ones in the shells, not the ones that have already been opened and salted.
Luckily, I stumbled upon a video that shows you a very clever trick for opening those stubborn shells – I can't believe I never thought of it before!
