In 2017, Deborah and Eric Rangel moved into their new home in Schererville, Indiana, with their two young sons.
Over the next couple of years, the Rangels welcomed two more children into their family. At the time of this incident they had a 7-year-old, a 5-year-old, an 18-month-old, and a 9-month-old.

Deborah and Eric never had an issue with paying rent on time, and they never had an issue with their property manager … until now.
In August 2020, the Rangels received notice that they were facing eviction — and now they're praying to not have to find a new place to live within the next few weeks. All of this in the middle of the pandemic, no less.
Making matters even more difficult is the fact that the pandemic has cost Deborah her job. And she says Eric has been struggling to keep his normal work hours.
But according to their lease, there may be nothing they can do to change the property manager's mind about kicking them out of their home.
