Everyone loves Ellen DeGeneres. Why? Well, let's see.
She is one of the kindest, most giving, most hilarious people on the planet right now. All she wants to do is to make people smile. Whether that means completely turning their situations around for the better by gifting them with the money to rebuild their lives, or by even scaring the pants off of her executive producer, Ellen knows how to strum the heart strings like a pro.
She's had so many wonderful moments on her show since it first aired in 2003, but some rise up above the rest as extra incredible.

1. Aaron Proposes To Jen
In 2010, Ellen and her field reporter, Aaron, set up an on screen proposal for Jen, Ellen's wardrobe assistant. She was completely taken aback when she saw the love of her life walk onto the stage, and Ellen's smile says it all.
2. Ellen Sends Courtney Back To School
Courtney just wanted to be the best role model for her young daughter, but didn't have the means to go back to school and fulfill her dreams. That's when Ellen stepped in and made this young mother's life complete. The waterworks were definitely flowing during this episode.
3. The Magnificent Britton Makes Ellen Cry
I don't think I've ever seen Ellen laugh as hard as she did when the Magnificent Britton did some beginner's magic for her. This young man's character is definitely big enough to stand up to Ellen's. If you're ever looking for a laugh, this should be your new go-to video.
4. Ellen Proves She's Human, Too
When Ellen threw out her back in 2007, she didn't cancel her show. Instead, she rolled out to give her monologue in a hospital bed and talk about the foolish way that she hurt herself. She also made sure to mention, many times, that she was on pain medication. Yet, she was still as charming as ever.
5. Portia Gets A Very Silly Birthday Surprise
For her wife's 40th birthday, Ellen put together a hilarious summary of her life, in which she played Portia. By the end of it, Portia was wiping away tears from both joy and laughter.
6. Andy Gets A Flu Shot
Andy, Ellen's executive producer, is very easily scared. But when Ellen set him up to get a flu shot live on the air, he was convinced that his star had something else completely up her sleeve. No matter how many times she told him it was simply a flu shot, he just didn't seem to believe her until he got the needle in his arm. It's so funny to watch him squirm!
7. Ellen Takes A Call To Surprise 2 Cancer Survivors
Kim and Becky are a mom and daughter that fought through their cancer battles together, but when they went to go see Ellen, they had no idea that they were about to be showered with presents. After everything they've been through together, they certainly deserved these gifts.
8. Ellen's Boyfriend Gets A New Heart
Tayt was born with a heart defect, along with many other problems. One of the things that helped him get through all of the hospital visits is Ellen's show. He loves her so much that he calls her his girlfriend. On this episode, Ellen sent him to Pixar after he got his new heart.
9. Ellen Calls Gladys
When an 88-year-old woman wrote into the show to tell Ellen a plant was making her look like an alfalfa, Ellen knew that she had to give the Texas native a call. The totally unscripted telephone conversation that the two of them had on the air is one of Ellen's favorite moments on the show, and when you watch it, you'll understand why.
