Music has a very powerful effect on many of us: some songs can move us to tears, while others make us get up on our feet and dance.
Personally, I love any song that I can't resist moving to. They have a way of making me so happy that I feel overpowered by the beat. Surely, this is a feeling similar to what a farmer named Jay Lavery felt while working one day.
Jay says that he's been suffering from back pain for the past 15 years due to a serious injury, and the only way he's been able to manage it without medication is by dancing, meditating, and practicing yoga.
However, the pain isn't stopping him from busting a move. As part of the Let's Move Challenge, he set up a camera in his barn to show off his routine.
He seems to be working, but as soon as Sia's "Cheap Thrills" starts playing, he can't resist at least tapping his feet.
Before you know it, he drops the rake to break into a full-blown dance! And despite the cold, he pulls a surprising move by unzipping his hoodie and throwing it in a corner.
The "hidden" camera catches the entire hilarious dance, and it's a treat to watch! Did this footage make you want to follow Jay's lead? Let us know in the comments!
