Farmer Enlists Old Man To Help Him Train Beloved Horse

I call horses 'divine mirrors' – they reflect back the emotions you put in. If you put in love and respect and kindness and curiosity, the horse will return that. — Allan Hamilton

There are those commercials that touch you to the core and make you feel things you never thought a commercial could make you feel. One such commercial is brought to us by Nedbank, one of the largest banks in South Africa. The ad entitled "Reins" is a short film that tells the heartwarming story about a farmer, his beloved horse, and the only man who can train her.

The story begins when a young farmer meets his newborn foal and progresses as she gets older. The second these two lock eyes, the pony stands on her feat in excitement. It's clear they have an immediate connection.

As their bond grows closer, the farmer discovers something quite heartbreaking — he simply cannot train this horse to be ridden. Every time he tries to put a bridle on her, she refuses. No longer able to effectively train the horse himself, the frustrated farmer enlists an old man known as the "horse whisperer." The old man and the farmer begin working together on the small-town farm to help the horse realize her true calling. Wait until you see the end, and make sure your tissues are close!

With gorgeous imagery, stunning music, and a touching story, this ad has it all. Please enjoy the video below, and SHARE it with your friends on Facebook!
