Mother Nature has inspired artists all over the world since the dawn of time, from Monet to Van Gogh. So why shouldn't nail art follow the lead of some of the greats?
Cutepolish brings us another jaw-dropping tutorial. What I love about her DIYs is that they are always so stunning and so simple. They're really broken down into a few easy steps that anyone can do — like using cooking spray to quick dry your nail polish.
This flower nail tutorial is unlike any other because it uses real flowers. Cutepolish grabbed a few blue forget-me-nots from her personal garden and found a way to incorporate them into her designs.
All you need is a few small flowers (baby's breath might work too!) and a stack of books. Place the flowers between two sheets of paper towel, place a stack of books on top, and let the flowers sit for a day or two.
The flowers will become flattened and dehydrated and ready to use. So how do you even get flowers to stay on the nail? Just a few layers of top coat.
With these unique nails, you know people will ask where you got them done and it's always fun to say you did yourself.
Please SHARE this tutorial if you love incorporating the beauty of nature into your manicures!
