Floyd Mayweather is well known for his antics in and out of the boxing ring. He recently beat Manny Pacquiao in one of the most anticipated boxing matches the sport has ever seen. It was even deemed "The Fight of the Century!" He is also the winner of 12 world titles, to add to his many accomplishments as a professional boxer.
Now that Floyd's retired, he has a lot of time (and money) to kill. He's not exactly discreet about how much money he has — after all, he's earned it! He loves to post pictures on Instagram of his extravagant purchases and luxurious lifestyle. And who can blame him? With a net worth of $400 million, he's the current record holder of the highest athlete earnings in one year, so he can pretty much buy anything he wants!
His most recent purchase made headlines in both the auto and sports worlds — the boxing champion laid down almost $3.5 million for a rare Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse.
The car has a matte black and orange paint job, and its sleek appearance only accentuates the speed at which it can travel. Its top speed is 252 mph, and it can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 2.7 seconds.
This car is only part of an entire fleet of two to three dozen luxury vehicles Mayweather owns. Among them? Three Ferraris, a Lamborghini, an Aston Martin, and several Bentleys and Rolls-Royces.
