An Adorable Fostered Lion Cub Is Even Friendlier Than Your Typical House Cat

I don't know about you, but one of my lifelong dreams has been to play with lions. I understand that they can be very dangerous, but we've all seen those select few that have the opportunity to bond with the kings of the jungle. A lion hug seems like the warmest, loveliest embrace one could ever receive.

Many big cats end up orphaned or in dangerous situations. While it's always the very best for them to live natural lives completely free of invasive human interaction, that just simply isn't possible in our day and age. With poachers, the changing climate, and natural habitats being invaded by modern society, big cats do often end up under the care of humans for the safety of their species.

One little lion cub, named Aslan, ended up in a situation where he needed a temporary home. He was too young to be among grown lions, as he didn't have the survival skills.

So, one experienced family offered up their home to this beautiful creature. He roams the halls and through the rooms just like any other member of the house, and he certainly enjoys cuddling with his caretakers.

Someday soon, this little lion will be among his own kind, but for now, he needs the close care and attention of a foster home.

You've really got to see when this woman cradles this sweet baby in her arms. He's just as gentle and loving as any house cat, and it's right out of a dream!
