While we're used to people bringing dogs and cats into their homes, others opt for more unconventional pets. And I'm not just talking about a parrot here.
A woman in Pennsylvania, for example, shares an exceptional bond with his 5-foot-long pet alligator. (Yes, you read that correctly!) There's also a man in Poland who decided that an injured street squirrel was meant to be his best bud and now the two are tied at the hip.
Below is an adorable pet fox named Ron (they are legal in Arkansas, where the owner lives) who prefers to be outside in the cold rather than in his enclosure, according to his owner on YouTube.
In the video below, we see Ron making some hilarious noises when he's woken up in the morning, especially towards the end of the clip. The owner believes this is the fox's way of asking for some more sleep. How cute is that?!
"A pet fox is not for everybody; it is difficult and a challenging adventure that requires sacrifice on your part (and your stuff!)… Always do extensive research before getting a fox or other exotic on a whim," the owner writes on YouTube.
