Before there was Michael Bublé, Bruno Mars, Michael Jackson, and even Elvis Presley, there was one man who topped the charts and had everyone screaming for more.
When you talk about music in the 20th century, it's impossible not to mention Francis Albert Sinatra. Singer, songwriter, actor, director and producer, "Ol' Blue Eyes" was not just the idol of the "bobby soxer" generation, the man truly did it all. The sad thing is, many young people today think of Sinatra as an icon of ancient times and the singer from this spine-tingling Gatorade commercial featuring Derek Jeter. We've come along way since Sinatra's days of glory, so it's easy to forget how the "Rat Pack" leader paved the way for so many artists today.
We here at LittleThings, however, haven't forgotten our love for the "Chairman of the Board," as you can see from this duet with Elvis. That's why we're sharing this next video that was filmed more than 50 years ago, back in 1952. Sure, there is a ton of talent on the radio today, but there is also no denying that no one ever came close to Frank Sinatra.
He didn't get the nickname "The Voice" for nothing and this next performance of "You Make Me Feel So Young" proves it.
