This Tiny Woman Steps On Stage To Sing. Now Keep Your Eyes On What Happens Behind Her…

She may be small, but wow, can this lady sing…

Asia's Got Talent judge David Foster knows a thing or two when it comes to picking a golden voice out of the crowd. The Canadian musician, songwriter, and composer has produced some of the greatest songs of all time and he's worked with everyone from Andrea Bocelli to Whitney Houston to Josh Groban and Madonna. As you can see in this video of Foster playing piano for his protege, Charice, the guy definitely knows what he's doing.

That's why when Foster saw something special in Gerphil Geraldine Flores of The Philippines during her first audition on Asia's Got Talent, I knew he had to be right. I wasn't personally a fan of her first appearance on the show, where she sang "Speak Softly, Love" from the movie The Godfather, but Foster knew instantly and gave her the highly coveted "Golden Buzzer" approval.

He must have known all along that Gerphil just needed the right song to have her break out moment, because on a recent show she did just that. Singing an emotional cover of the difficult yet perfectly fitting opera song "The Impossible Dream," Gerphil finally had her true moment in the spotlight, with a 20-person chorus behind her. However, the best moment by far was when Foster tells Gerphil “the world is going to know about you!.”

If he says it, then you know it's going to happen…
