Age is nothing but a number for this 80-year-old muscleman. He may have wrinkles, but this grandpa barely breaks a sweat as he pumps iron and does push-ups and pull-ups at the gym.

In the video, the older man runs circles around the younger guys during their workout. Everyone is in awe of this senior's agility and physique. Anything the younger guys can do, this older man can do — and probably better! Go, Grandpa! I am so encouraged and motivated by this remarkable man.
