Every soon-to-be wedded couple spends countless hours making sure that they've set themselves up for a great wedding day. They've crossed all the T's and dotted all of the I's, and they have the perfect day ahead of them. But there's no accounting for the emotion of the day.
This is something that one bride in particular learned the hard way. Everything was going perfectly — the church looks beautiful, her friends and family are patiently awaiting the start of the ceremony, the groom looks handsome! But when the doors swing open and she begins to walk down the aisle, everything changes. It reminds me of some other emotionally charged wedding moments, like this groom's incredible reaction to seeing his bride for the first time on their wedding day, or this bride's tears during her father's moving wedding surprise for her. So amazing!
Her groom had prepared a special poem to be read as his bride walks with her father toward the altar. And although the bride tries to hold it together, she can't quite hide the effect that her soon-to-be-husband's words have on her. His touching poem and emotional delivery make for a one-of-a-kind wedding moment that this pair will remember for the rest of their lives.
