Watch Hazel Scott Perform A Jaw-Dropping Double Piano Performance

In The Heat's On, the 1943 film starring Mae West, there's one jaw-dropping scene that stood out from the others. Hazel Scott portrays herself in the film and leaves her audience in awe of her amazing skills as a pianist.

The performer was discovered to be a musical prodigy when she was just 4 years old. By the time Hazel was 8, she was given scholarships to study at the prestigious performing arts school Juilliard.

Although the piano might seem a little too classical for some, it has downright saved many. A homeless man, Donald Gould, transformed his life when he was discovered creating beautiful music on a piano in the street.

She would continue to perform and act throughout her life in both the United States and France. She even had a television variety show, The Hazel Scott Show, in the summer of 1950.

In the clip you're about to see below Hazel simply dazzles on screen with her magical fingers. You would almost think the footage must be altered when you see how fast her hands go.

Hazel plays two — count 'em, two — grand pianos at once as she spins and writhes in her seat. See the impeccable and jaw-dropping performance below.
